CURRENTLY

Initial drawings have been received and reviewed! We are using these drawings to determine an estimated overall project budget and are planning Phase 1 of our Capital Campaign to cover initial costs.

November 2023: Meet with chosen architect to discuss design options
September 2023: Identify a Capital Campaign workgroup
October 2023:  Convene the Capital Campaign workgroup and petition board for funding to cover initial architect discussions and planning
November 2023: Identify a Building workgroup and select an architect

​Following the collection of data, the following steps occurred:
  1. Data  tabulated by our consultant
  2. A report prepared by the consultant, including observations, conclusions, and recommendations based on the data collected from participants
  3. Church leaders review results with the consultant and prepare answers to questions and concerns on August 16
  4. Consultant present an overview and results of to the study with the congregation on Aug 27
  5. The congregation has online access to the complete study report as well as an executive summary
  6. Church leaders recommend a decision regarding future action based on study results
